Code of Conduct for E Biotorium’s Direct Sellers

At E Biotorium Network Private Limited, we believe in ethical and professional business practices. This Code of Conduct serves as a guide for all E Biotorium’s Direct Sellers, helping them operate with integrity while representing our company.

As an E Biotorium’s Direct Sellers, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct along with the Direct Seller Agreement and the terms & conditions of product selling. These guidelines ensure fair business practices and help maintain trust with customers and the company. By upholding these standards, we create a transparent and successful business environment for everyone.

E Biotorium’s Direct Sellers can understand ethical business practices through our code of conduct. Our Code of Conduct outlines our core values, responsibilities, and commitments while setting expectations for professional conduct. Each of us is responsible for our actions, and making ethical choices is always the right decision.

Compliance includes environmental, safety, and fair-trade regulations, as violations can lead to serious consequences of loss of business opportunities, or reputational damage.

Code Of Conduct
  • Direct Seller must comply with all applicable laws and conduct its activity with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
  • No practices should diminish public trust or credibility.
  • All operations must follow fair competition principles in accordance with industry standards.
  • All Product selling activities should deal fairly with consumers.
  • Activities should be designed and carried out to avoid giving ground for reasonable complaint.
  • Misleading, deceptive or unfair practices should not be used.
  • High-pressure tactics which might be construed as harassment should be avoided.
  • Direct Sellers should not abuse the trust of individual consumers, and should not exploit a consumer’s age, illness, lack of understanding, or lack of language knowledge.
  • E Biotorium’s Direct Sellers should not state or imply “guarantee”, “warranty” or “claim” as the company E Biotorium Network Private Limited do not provide any guarantee, warranty or claims on any of their product.
  • A Direct Seller must disclose every condition upfront and clearly.
  • Direct Seller must comply with all of the privacy laws, intellectual property laws, social media platforms policies, terms of use, terms and conditions, guidelines or other similar terms, and rules when using images or recordings of other individuals.
  • That in the name of E Biotorium Network Private Limited, the Direct Seller may not create any you tube channel, Blogs, twitter account, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
  • Direct Seller shall not be engaged in the false or misleading communication against the E Biotorium during the period of or after ceasing from the E Biotorium Network Private Limited on any YouTube channel, websites, mobile apps, podcasts, and blog concepts, social media page such as Facebook, blogs, tweeter, etc.
  • Direct Seller shall be legally abiding with the terms and condition of the company as mentioned in Direct Seller Agreement.
  • Direct Seller shall not promote or sell or marketing of all the products which are manufactured by or marketed by E Biotorium Network Private Limited on any e-commerce portals.
Misleading statements/misrepresentations are not permitted
  • Direct Sellers should not mislead the prospect on any product offered;
  • Direct Sellers should not mislead the prospect about their business or organization's name, or falsely represent themselves.
  • Direct Sellers should not make any false / unauthorised commitment on behalf of E Biotorium Network Private Limited for any facility/service.
