This policy provides comprehensive guidelines for all sellers/network of sellers of e Biotorium Network Private Limited to use social media responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with the Direct Selling Act 2021. The policy aims to protect the company’s reputation, promote transparent business practices, and ensure a consistent, positive brand image.

  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    • Sellers/network of sellers must adhere to the Direct Selling Act 2021, Consumer Protection (Rules, and other applicable local, state, or national laws).
    • Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the products or the business opportunity.
  2. Accurate Representation of Products and Opportunity
    • Ensure all product descriptions, benefits, and features are accurate, clear, and based on approved company information.
    • Clearly disclose any potential risks, side effects, or limitations associated with the products.
    • Represent the income or earnings potential honestly. Do not promise or imply guaranteed success or earnings. Use disclaimers where necessary to indicate that income varies by individual effort.
  3. Professional and Respectful Conduct
    • Maintain professionalism in all social media interactions. Avoid content that is offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or disrespectful towards any group or individual.
    • Do not engage in arguments, negative conversations, or disputes in public forums or on social media platforms.
  4. Transparency and Honesty
    • Clearly identify yourself as an independent Sellers/network of seller for e Biotorium Network Private Limited on all social media profiles, posts, and communications.
    • Avoid using fake accounts, bots, or misleading tactics to generate engagement or followers.
  5. Content Guidelines and Intellectual Property
    • Use only company-approved marketing materials, graphics, and logos in social media posts. Do not alter or manipulate these materials in any unauthorized way.
    • No direct seller is allowed to create its own content viz. material, graphics, logo etc. for marketing in offline and online medias.
    • Respect intellectual property rights. Do not use copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary content from third parties without proper authorization.
  6. Ethical Sales Practices
    • Refrain from high-pressure sales tactics, false advertising, or any form of manipulation. Ensure all promotions and marketing efforts are fair, transparent, and ethical.
    • Do not make unauthorized product claims or guarantees, including health benefits, financial gains, or product efficacy that are not backed by the company.
    • Refrain from negative selling or making derogatory statements about competitors or their products.
  7. Privacy and Data Protection
    • Always respect privacy of others. Do not share or disclose personal information, transaction details, or contact information without proper consent.
    • Follow data protection laws and best practices, including secure handling of personal data collected through social media.
    • Do not engage in practices like spamming, unauthorized tagging, or unsolicited private messaging to promote products or the business opportunity.
  8. Prohibition of Deceptive and Misleading Practices
    • Sellers/Network of sellers must not use deceptive URLs, fake profiles, or fraudulent methods to gain traffic or mislead potential customers.
    • Do not create fake testimonials, reviews, or endorsements. All feedback should be genuine and transparent.
  9. Responsible Use of Social Media
    • Be mindful of the impact of your posts on the company’s reputation. Refrain from posting content that could be considered offensive, inappropriate, or damaging to the company’s image.
    • Use social media to build positive relationships, share useful information, and engage with followers in meaningful ways that reflect the values of e Biotorium Network Private Limited.
    • Monitor your social media channels regularly for any inappropriate comments, spam, or misinformation, and address them in line with this policy.
  10. Reporting and Accountability
    • Sellers/Network of sellers are encouraged to report any unethical behavior, violations of this policy, or suspicious activities to the company’s compliance team immediately.
    • Be accountable for your actions online. Any violations of this policy may result in disciplinary measures, including suspension or termination of your selling rights with the company.
  11. Continuous Learning and Improvement
    • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  12. Amendments and Policy Updates
    • This policy is subject to change. The company will notify sellers/Network of sellers of any updates, and all sellers are expected to comply with the latest version
  13. Draw attention of Legal Department
    • If you come across any instance of non-followance of this policy by any direct seller, draw the attention of the legal department to curtail such non- followance to save image, prestige, reputation, and integrity of the company. By promoting e Biotorium Network Private Limited on social media, sellers agree to abide by this policy and understand that failure to comply may lead to penalties or termination of their seller agreement.
